Returns and exchanges: you have 14 days from delivery to return an item or change the size. Email us and we'll tell you what to do. Returns go to our address in the Czech Republic and the return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
