Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We prepare and dispatch your order in 2–5 working days, then delivery to Ireland usually takes 6–12 working days. You will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland, with no minimum spend.

Where do you ship from?
We send every order from our supplier's warehouse in China, with tracked shipping.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. The price at checkout already includes VAT. If a carrier asks you for an extra charge on delivery, please email us before paying. Any customs or import charges we did not tell you about when you ordered are paid by us.

Sizing and fit

What sizes do you carry?
Sizes depend on the style. Most run from S to XXL (UK 8–16), and many coats, puffer jackets and jumpers go up to 4XL or more (UK 20+). Every product page includes a detailed size guide with real garment measurements.

What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to post it.

Returns and refunds

How do I return something?
Email support@maeveandwren.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Once the item is back with us, we refund the full amount, including standard delivery, to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email support@maeveandwren.com. Your Irish consumer rights apply, and we will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Orders and payment

How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed on a secure, encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within a few hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot stop it, but you can still return it under the 14-day policy.
